Returns and Exchanges
At Tropic Dreams, we want to be sure you are happy with the items you have purchased. To ensure you choose the correct size, please carefully check your size before buying. You can refer to the size charts found on the product page for each item.
Sizing Exchanges (Customer's Responsibility):
As an online store, we at Tropic Dreams can understand that it is not always possible to get the perfect fit first time round. Thus we do accept sizing exchanges, however please note the following points for an exchange request to be eligible:
- An exchange request must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery of the item due to hygiene reasons. If an exchange request is not submitted within 2 business days your return will not be eligible.
- The items must be in "Brand New" condition with the hygiene strips in place. Item should be unworn (except for trying on), tags should remain attached, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- If a request is approved, the items to be returned must be shipped to our warehouse within 4 business days with the necessary tracking information emailed to us.
- All shipping and handling fees for exchanges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges/returns are NOT allowed for items that are on SALE or purchased with a discount coupon code.
Exchanges are done using store credit to the value of what you paid for the item. The store credit will be in the form of a Gift Certificate which will be sent to you via email so you can order the correct size. The Gift Certificate issued by Tropic Dreams will not have an expiration date. Please make sure you understand the above conditions prior to submitting an exchange request with Tropic Dreams.

*Our returns team has the right to reject your return if the item does not meet any of the above criteria.
Defective & Incorrect Items (Tropic Dream's Responsibility):For defective and incorrect items, please send us a clear picture of the problem. Items that can be returned and replaced/refunded within 5 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size or color.
- Must not have been worn, washed or used with all hygiene strips and tags in place.
Should any of the above apply to your order, we will replace the defective/incorrect items at no additional cost.
