Shipping & Delivery Information
At Tropic Dreams, we value every customer and every parcel is deliverd carefully.
Processing orders (quality checks, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-5 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
- Shipping time may vary but generally takes 12 - 30 days depending on the country the items are being shipped to.
- Express shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address. Should you select one of our express shipping options please ensure you provide us with a physical shipping address (NOT a PO box). Any order being shipped to a PO box with our express shipping will be subject to shipping delays and potentially additional shipping fees.
All packages will have a tracking number to track the shipment.
Once order has been fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your order. You can track your shipments via our tracking page found on the top right (under the search bar).
- Shipping times can be affected due to customs clearance. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please contact us.
- Shipping times will be affected due to public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times and is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- It may take a couple days following shipment before the Tracking number is updated in the courier's system. If tracking information has not appeared on our tracking page, please try again later.
Processing time is the period from when we receive your order until it is shipped out. Upon receipt of your order, our dedicated team does quality control checks to ensure your satisfaction in the quality of the product prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the product(s) and the quantity ordered. Naturally larger orders will take longer, however the average processing time is generally 4 business days. Please note that the processing time can be affected by peak seasons or national holidays, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your patience.

If you believe that your package has been lost during transit please contact us to arrange a trace. A trace can only be initiated once your estimated delivery date has passed. Any package deemed lost after the trace is completed will be re-shipped to you. Should a replacement not be available a store credit will be issued for the missing item only. We must be contacted within 45 days from the ship date for a lost package claim. Any claims made after 45 days will be replaced at the sole discretion of Tropic Dreams. Refunds will not be issued for missing or lost packages.
Import duties and other taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges (if any) depends on the destination country and must be paid by the customer. Should the customer refuse to accept the parcel due to these charges, customer will take full liability for all return shipment costs, handling fees and other charges. Please note, following customs regulations, Tropic Dreams cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
